HOW TO GET FREE SHIPPING
FREE Standard Shipping available within Canada on all orders over $50 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $10.
Please note, orders over $500 require a signature confirmation at delivery.
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days but may be higher during peak seasons. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 10 business days. If express shipping is selected at checkout, processing times still apply. After being picked up from our warehouse, packages should arrive within 3 - 10 business days for standard shipping and 1 – 3 business days for express shipping.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note, observed Canadian holidays include: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Order
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your recently placed order, please visit the “Order History” tab within My Account. If you don’t have an account, kindly use our Order Tracker to search for and locate your order. Please note that the order cancellation option will only be available for eligible orders shortly after being placed. We strive to process orders promptly, so cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified at this time.
Returns
We want you to love your Drunk Elephant purchase, but if you’re not totally satisfied, please see below:
Send an email to our customer relations team at info@drunkelephant.ca within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.
Please include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return.
For items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a refund. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. Items purchased on www.drunkelephant.ca cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Drunk Elephant.
If you’re returning a set or kit, all items from the set or kit must be returned. We cannot refund partial sets or kits, and empty containers will not be accepted for returns.
Once your return package has arrived at our return processing facility, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. All e-gift card refunds will be moved to a new e-gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount.
You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Only item(s) purchased on www.drunkelephant.ca will be accepted for return. If your item(s) were purchased at an authorized retailer, please get in touch with the retailer to arrange a return or exchange. If your return package includes an item that was not part of the order you’re returning, the item may be discarded.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@drunkelephant.ca.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps.
Refunds
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@drunkelephant.ca
