HOW TO GET FREE SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping available within Canada on all orders over $50 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $10.

Express Shipping is currently unavailable. 

Please note, orders over $500 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days but may be higher during peak seasons. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 10 business days. If express shipping is selected at checkout, processing times still apply. After being picked up from our warehouse, packages should arrive within 3 - 10 business days for standard shipping and 1 – 3 business days for express shipping.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note, observed Canadian holidays include: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days*): FREE for orders over $50
    $10 for orders under $50 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days*): Currently unavailable

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

P.O. BOXES

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

CANADA POST STRIKE

During the Canada Post strike, we are shipping with alternative carriers. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and some remote or rural areas. For orders previously placed with Canada Post, please expect delays. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Order
Cancellations

If you want to cancel your recently placed order, please visit the “Order History” tab within My Account. If you don’t have an account, kindly use our Order Tracker to search for and locate your order. Please note that the order cancellation option will only be available for eligible orders shortly after being placed. We strive to process orders promptly, so cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Drunk Elephant purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.ca within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. 

Please Note: only items purchased on www.drunkelephant.ca may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Drunk Elephant product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.ca and and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

 

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@drunkelephant.ca.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps.

Refunds

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@drunkelephant.ca
